Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy



Once an order is confirmed, Hubbba Hubbba will not accept return or refund requests . However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties.

Kindly reach out to us for Damaged Product / Spoiled Product or Missing Product within 24 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, you are requested to please make note of the below pointers:
* Please do not use the item for which the claim is being raised.
* You will be required to furnish information like a short description of the case (a few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario).
* The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (if any), with the areas which look tampered/damaged.
* Any replacement, issuance of credit note, or refund for prepaid / cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation & only upon approval by the customer care officer.

*You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 – 4 days post-delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.


You may not be eligible for a refund in the event of occurrence of any of the scenarios stated below:
– Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
– Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box.
– If a pilferage / leakage delivery was received, and the claim was not made the same day.
– If you have consumed the product and/or do not have it available for reverse pick up by us for inspection

In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be replaced. Upon ascertaining whether the product is damaged, spoiled or missing we will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly and we will work with you on providing an amicable solution.

In case of spoiled product claims, we will be unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, colour or aroma. No compromise is made in the production process or use of best quality ingredients. A product shall only be considered spoiled when there is physical or chemical damage, or has a manufacturing defect, which renders the product unfit for consumption and / or use. Product will be replaced after due investigation, if the product is indeed spoiled (as defined below) and diligence and we assure a fair outcome at all times.

Email or whatsapp communication will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

You may be required to self-ship the return item via any reliable courier partner, if requested by Hubbba Hubbba.

You understand and agree that certain food products may require specific storage conditions and certain instructions may be required to follow as mentioned on the packaging of the product. You are required to adhere to the same so as to enjoy the product in its best form and prevent spoilage, contamination of the product which may render it unfit for consumption or its intended usage. Products stored or used in conflict with such conditions and instructions shall be not eligible for Returns / Refunds.

Kindly note that the following are not eligible for replacement or return:

  • Products perishable in nature.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Items that have been used or opened.
  • An item not returned in the condition it was received.
  • Any item received by us in a damaged condition.

We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.



Please note, Hubbba Hubbba initiates the refund after the returned item has reached us and the quality check is successful. Your replacement may be denied if the item you returned is used, damaged or labels are missing. In the event that the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund, and Hubbba Hubbba assumes no liability in this regard.
